Shipping Policy
BOSHUO confirms shipping arrangements according to the trade term, product type, payment status, packing method, destination, and order documents.
Normal Lead Time
- EXW: normally within 4 days after order and payment confirmation.
- FOB / CIF: normally shipped or delivered to the departure port within 5 days after order and payment confirmation.
- DDP: normally around 35 days for delivery arrangement, depending on destination, customs and local delivery.
Packing Options
- Carton packing has no extra packing charge.
- Wooden case / steel-edge case is charged according to size.
- Small equipment such as industrial vacuum cleaners: reference cost RMB 500 per case.
- Large equipment such as road sweepers and floor scrubbers: reference cost RMB 800 per case.
Cost Responsibility by Trade Term
Shipping-related cost responsibility depends on the selected trade term. If a cost item is marked as Seller / Shipper, BOSHUO or the shipping party bears it. If it is marked as Buyer / Consignee, the customer or receiving party bears it. EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DAP, DDU and DDP can be confirmed according to the customer’s selected shipping method.
Standard Products
For non-customized products, BOSHUO normally arranges dispatch to the domestic port or agreed shipping point within 3 days after receiving full payment, subject to stock, order confirmation, and logistics availability.
Customized Products
Customized products normally require full payment before production starts. Depending on the project, BOSHUO may confirm a 50% deposit before production, production after deposit, customer inspection before shipment, and final shipment according to the confirmed agreement.
Force Majeure
Delivery and arrival time may be affected by war, weather, port congestion, customs inspection, carrier schedule, policy changes, or other force majeure events. Final timing is subject to the actual event and written confirmation.
