1-Year Free Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty for core components, including motors, batteries and control boards, under normal industrial use. During the warranty period, confirmed warranty issues are handled by parts replacement; the customer is responsible for shipping cost.
Lifetime Spare Parts Supply
We supply wearing parts such as squeegees, brushes, hoses and filters at factory cost price for the lifetime of the machine. After the 1-year warranty period, parts cost and shipping cost are borne by the customer.
24/7 Technical Guidance
Technical video support and troubleshooting guidance are available within 24 hours after receiving the machine model, problem description, photos or videos.
How to Request After-Sales Support
- Send the model name, order information and destination country.
- Send clear photos or videos showing the issue and working environment.
- BOSHUO checks whether the issue is covered by warranty and confirms the parts/support plan.
- Replacement parts, repair guidance or spare parts quotation will be arranged according to the confirmed case.
